Highland Park / University Park
Municipal HPDPS response is fast, but residential density means quick sightlines from public streets. Advance work: garage staging, driver posture at school pickup zones, and clear pass-through routes to Baylor Scott & White and UT Southwestern medical corridors.
Preston Hollow
Long private drives increase kidnap-for-ransom vulnerability at the gate. We recommend split-team coverage for principals with children and a rehearsed medical route to Presbyterian Hospital.
Westlake / Vaquero / Southlake
Higher speed-limit arterials and interstate access (114, 170, 35W). Route planning must account for shift-change congestion at Solana and TD Ameritrade campuses.
Frisco / Prosper
Rapid new-construction density and heavy youth-sports foot traffic (StarCenter, The Star, Toyota Stadium). Public appearance requests spike Friday PM through Sunday PM.
Aviation posture (DFW, DAL, ADS, AFW)
- DFW: Commercial primary. We stage curbside pickup from Terminal D International Arrivals with a secondary hold at the Grand Hyatt DFW.
- DAL (Love Field): Signature and Atlantic FBOs. Preferred for short-range Part 91 movements; ramp access requires 24-hour PPR for security teams.
- ADS (Addison): Highest FBO density inside the northern DFW arc. Preferred for principals living Preston Hollow through Frisco.
- AFW (Alliance): Best fit for Fort Worth CBD and Westlake principals — 15–25 minutes to residence.
